Machine must be used indoor or under a shaded area and NOT in direct sunlight. Initial freeze time is 45-60 minutes for the first batch to be frozen. Then after that, the machine can serve 1cone per minute. Please note, this machine is not designed for high output so it is ideal for small private parties and not for large event use. If used more than 1 cone per minute, the mix may start coming out watery so just let it sit for a few minutes to refreeze.
Mixing Instructions for Soft Serve Mixes (vanilla or chocolate)
1. Plug in machine to outlet. Turn machine to on position and push lever down util motor turns on and stays on.

2. Pour in the mix product on top of the machine.
3. Wait until the machine 30-60mins for product to freeze.
Important Info A 20-amp dedicated outlet is required within 3 feet. If using an extension cord, the cord mustbe at least 12 gauge (heavy duty). You can rent an extension cord form us for an extra fee. Our heavy-duty extension cords are 50 feet long. Please note, U.S. FDA Requires Product Temperature to Reduce to 41ºF Within Four Hours and Remain at or Below 41°F for unused mix. No refunds for unused or unopened extra mix purchased.
