Diana's Taco Catering is an authentic Mexican taco catering service company. We cater for all your special events including home parties, park and corporate events. Leave the cooking to us!

We offer three taco meats (carne asada/beef, pollo/chicken and al pastor/marinated pork). We only use fresh meats prepared the same day of your event. We guarantee the freshness of our foods! We do not use any lard in any of our foods and only use vegetable oil.

We will serve your guests tacos for three hours and provide the following: refried beans, spanish rice, tortilla chips, red salsa, green salsa, diced onions, chopped cilantro, sliced radishes, fresh limes, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. Plates, napkins and utensils included.

We provide our own six foot table with a tablecloth for our salsa bar and ez-up tent. We cater for a minimum order of 50 guests. For orders of 150+ guests please call us at (562) 841-7719 for pricing.

Method of payment:

Payal payments only. Once we recieve your order, we will send you a paypal invoice by email. This invoice has to be paid in full at least 72 hours (3 days) beofre your event.

Any gratuity can be paid in Cash on the day of the event to the cook.

Gratuity:

Gratuity/Tips may be donated to your cook without any obligation. Average tips are 10%-15% from the total price.

Service:

We cook for 2 hours and serve for 3 hours, total of 5 hours of service. You may keep any left over food as long as you provide us with some Tupperware.

Additional hours of service are at a flat rate of $50 per hour. We make approximately 5 tacos per person.
