We do not allow customer pickups on any slide combos.
All of our combo slides are dry slides and can not get wet. If any slide combo gets wet there will be a $100 cleaning fee.
All of our inflatable and interactive games are rented per day. All jumpers require at least 2 feet safety clearance on each side.
We have a variety of themed jumpers: backyardigains, smurfs, justin bieber, princess, tangled, the princess and the frog, toy story, handy manny, bob the builder, tinkerbell, abby cadabby, hello kitty, dora, lilo & stich, spiderman, ben 10, power rangers, cars, pirates of the caribbean, super mario, thomas the train, nemo, elmo, go diego, sponge bob, wall-e, justice league heroes, iron man, batman, superman, hannah montana, madagascar, curious george, star wars, transformers, firefighter, police, mickey mouse, dinosaurs, US military, LA dodgers, LA lakers, ATV, dirt bikes, halloween and christmas holiday themes. Method of payment: We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!
Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.
If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.
Delivery:
We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area. View our local delivery area map.
Deliveries will be on a two hour time frame, 8-10am 10-12pm or 12-2pm. Pickups will be on a one hour time frame 6-7pm, 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm (saturdays only).
We also offer overnight rentals at an extra charge of $25.
Rental Agreement:
Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.
Park Rentals:
Park setup fee is $35. Customer must obtain a permit first from the city or park.
If the park does not have electrical outlets, you must provide your own generator or you can rent one from us. Our generator rentals are $50.
Please give us a call to verify if we deliver to your city park. Some cities do not allow jumpers at any of their parks.
Attendants:
We offer attendants to supervise all of our games and bouncers at a flat rate of $25 per hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Slide Combo Rules:
Adult supervision is required at all times
No silly sting!
No food, gum, toys, shoes, hard objects, drinks, or other objects are allowed inside the jumper
No back flips, wrestling, fighting, boxing or hanging from the net inside or outside the jumper
Do not let the jumper rub against any surface
Do not move the jumper from the location where it was set-up
Do not let jumpers get wet (exceptions are water slides) or there will be a $100 cleaning fee applied
If jumpers are excessively dirty there will be a $100 cleaning fee charged
Combo Slides can NOT be placed on dirt, rocks, gravel or sand (grass or cement only)
If disinflation occurs everyone must exit immediately
