Selecting the Correct Size? Selecting the right size depends on what type of event you need the canopy for. Will this be a cocktail party or sit-down dinner? Will you have a DJ, bartender or food tables inside the canopy? This will limits your inside space.

Note:
All canopy rentals for Saturdays will be delivered Friday (one day before) and will be picked up on Sunday. The delivery time frames are either 12-4pm or 4-8pm.
The area where the canopy will be setup has to be clear. We can not set up on top of a vehicle, tables, chairs, steps, bbq kitchen island, ect. Area must be flat and clear of all objects!
Delivery:
We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area. View our local delivery area map.
Deliveries will be on a two hour time frame, 8-10am 10-12pm or 12-2pm. Pickups will be on a one hour time frame 6-7pm, 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm (saturdays only).
Method of payment:
We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!
Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.
If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.
Rental Agreement:
Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.
Park Rentals:
Park setup fee is $35. Customer must obtain a permit first from the city or park.
If the park does not have electrical outlets, you must provide your own generator or you can rent one from us. Our generator rentals are $50.
Please give us a call to verify if we deliver to your city park. Some cities do not allow jumpers at any of their parks.
