BAR EQUIPMENT

All cconcession machine problems must be reported to us within the first hour of rental. We will try to fix the problem over the phone, and if that does not work we will send someone to exchange it or fix it. Refunds will not be granted if problem is not reported within the first hour after delivery.

Margarita Machine (Double)

Flavors available: Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pina Colada, Lemonade, Blue Raspberry or Cherry. (If you wish to add alcohol you will need 1.75 liters per mix). These mixes are non-alcoholic, so they are great for kids too.
Just add 2 gallons of water and one bottle of mix to each bowl. After it's frozen then you add the alcohol. Each bowl requires 1.75 liters.
Rental includes: 2 - 1/2 gallons of mix, 100 - 10oz cups, 100 straws and a heavy duty cart. Alcohol is not included.
Each Mix make about 60 drinks (total of 120 for both bowls). This is a self serve machine, so sit back and enjoy your party. No ice required!
Freeze Time: 3-4 hours

Margarita Machine (Single)

Margarita Mix: 1 bottle of mix, 3.5 gallons of water, 2.75 liters of Tequila and 0.5 liters of Triple Sec. Mix all in a mixing jug and pour into machine.
Daiquiri Mix: 1 bottle of mix, 3.5 gallons of water and 2 liters of Rum. Mix all in a mixing jug and pour into machine.
Rental includes: 1 bottle of mix, 1 - mixing container, 100 - 10oz cups, 100 straws and a heavy duty cart. Alcohol is not included.

Kegerator

This kegerator operates on CO2 so there is no hand pumps which will waste ¼ of the
keg by false operation. Full CO2 tank included.
This kegerator holds a full keg which is 160 beers. Beer keg not included.

Another plus when renting this system you don’t need to purchase ice and there is no
clean up of cans or bottles. The only thing needed for the kegerator is a 110v outlet and a lot of beer drinkers.

Original Corona Extra Licensed Galvanized Metal Beer Bucket. Each bucket holds about 5-6 bottles and plenty of ice to keep them ice cold! Approximately 7 inches tall and 8.75 inches wide at the top. This indispensable bar supply even includes a built-in bottle opener on the handle.

Delivery:

We deliver with any minimum order of at least $70 for a small delivery fee of $10 to any city in our local delivery area. View our local delivery area map.

Deliveries will be on a two hour time frame, 8-10am 10-12pm or 12-2pm. Pickups will be on a one hour time frame 6-7pm, 7-8pm, 8-9pm or 9-10pm (saturdays only).

We also offer overnight rentals at an extra charge of $25.

Method of payment: We accept cash only for delivered orders. Credit cards are accepted only in person at our store location. We also accept paypal payments 2 days before your delivery. We do not accept American Express or checks!

Full payment is due upon delivery before set up.

If you do not have your payment ready, we will not drop off your order and will charge and extra $20 to return at a later time. Your order may be pushed back to our last drop off of the day.

Rental Agreement:

Renter must be al least 18 years or older with a valid Drivers License or ID Card to sign the Rental Agreement. Before you sign the Rental Agreement check and count all your equipment. Remember you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours from the time of delivery there will be a $30 cancellation fee. All deposits and advance payments are non refundable.

Set Up:

We do not set up tables and chairs. If tables and chairs are not folded, stacked and cleaned when they are picked up there will be an additional breakdown/cleaning fee.

Customer Pickup:

Customer is responsible to make sure they have enough room in their vehicle for the equipment to be transported safely. It is the customers responsibility to provide their own cargo straps to tie down all loose equipment, if needed. Customer is responsible to load and unload all equipment to and from their vehicle. A valid drivers license or ID card from the state of California is required to rent any equipment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
